The museum is actually just called Pollock’s Toy Museum, but to exclude the word “Wonderland” from the title seemed like a disservice to the museum’s history. Stretched across two separate eighteenth century homes is Pollock’s toy museum. The museum is home to hundreds of model trains, doll houses, and all of the other toys that children of both the past and present enjoy. Each floor has a wide range of toys for children to look at. In addition to the usual toys that boys and girls find exciting, there are toys from other parts of the globe like China. If you have children with you in London, treat them with a day at this wonderful toy museum.

On the first floor of the museum is where all of the board games are kept. Head up a flight of stairs and you’ll stumble upon all of the toys that make kids think. Things like mechanical and optical toys are abound on this floor. If you want to impress the girls a little bit more you can take them up to the upper rooms where the dolls and playhouses are kept. Dollars from China ire kept on the second floor next to all of the other exotic folk toys that come from around the world. The museum is open from 10AM to 5PM all days of the week except Sunday. This means that even if you have business to attend to during the week, there’s still the weekend to make your little ones smile with joy.
